This educator (formal and non-formal) workshop will address the topics of nature-based wellness, green exercise, Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), and national and state-level nature-based wellness initiatives and programs. Workshop activities plan to offer a mix of in-class lecture and in-the-field experiential learning.
Come prepared for both indoor and outdoor learning experiences. Non-educators working in the fields of health and wellness may find this workshop to be of interest. ACT 48 pending.
