ABOUT ABOUT

Lead poisoning is documented worldwide in a variety of predatory bird populations. In this presentation, we will discuss the drivers of lead exposure of raptors in eastern North America and continent-wide lead poisoning of North American eagles. Also, we will discuss a recently implemented non-lead ammunition distribution program to offset golden eagle mortalities in Wyoming.
