ABOUT ABOUT

TEAM WARBLER conducts research to inform conservation of migratory birds from the Chesapeake Bay to Panama Bay.  The focus of their research is a long-term study of the Prothonotary Warbler, also known as the "Golden Swamp Warbler." In addition to research, TEAM WARBLER facilitates exchange of skills and resources designed to engage, educate, and promote conservation of wetlands--and the ecological benefits they provide--to both birds and people. Birds rely on clean water and sustainable land use so communities in both Virginia and Panama have a similar stake in ‘Saving the Bay.’
