Join us for an afternoon of holiday delight as we make a delicious batch of Coal Country Boilo, the coal region's best kept secret.
We'll discuss the amazing potential held within this traditional Pennsylvania brew and learn tips, tricks and boilo techniques while hearing about all of the wellness benefits hidden within it's ingredients, and even meet a live raptor up close too. We'll whip up a batch and create 3 different holiday flavors of Coal Country Boilo for you to enjoy this season.
Participants will receive a take-home batch made throughout the evening with a spirit of your choice plus a package of Coal Country Boilo, which comes with 5 traditional recipes and makes 3 batches for you to enjoy. Additional packages will be available for sale.
Participants must bring their own container. Fill a pint jar or similar with 4-8 oz of your favorite spirit to add to the special batch. A list of recommended spirits is below.
