Learn about wild edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms with herbalist Nathaniel Whitmore from northeast Pennsylvania. Whitmore specializes on the culinary and medicinal uses of wild plants and mushrooms. He teaches from his experience as a forager and herbalist and will discuss the identification, preparation, and use of the plants found in the Native Plant Garden and in the wild at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.
